Queens House
The National Maritime Museum has a number of historic buildings available to hire for private and corporate events in a unique and beautiful setting in Greenwich, London.
The Queen's House, built in the 17th century by Inigo Jones, was the first wholly classical building of its kind in England. Queen Anne, wife of James I, hosted such sumptuous parties there that it became known as the 'House of Delight'.
It now provides the perfect venue for intimate civil marriage ceremonies for up to 50 guests and wedding receptions for up to 150.
The Orangery and south lawns afford inspiring views across London's oldest
Royal Park and up to the world- renowned Royal Observatory.
For larger events the Neptune Court within the National Maritime Museum itself, can accommodate up to 500 for dinner and 1,000 for a reception.
