While we offer transparency, sometimes answers can be tricky to find on a website so we have built a FAQ to, hopefully, make life a little easier!

We are a registered food business within Southwark.

We do charge VAT as we are a registered company.

NO! We have chefs specialising in many cuisines from all over the world. Speak to us and let us know more about your palette!

We can!  We show all allergen information in our quotes to our clients and if you have a specific allergen that we should know about we will work around you.

Of course we do! While we love creating the perfect party, some clients would just like to celebrate an occasion with the one they love and we have that covered.

You don’t have to have a fancy party at home to book us. We will cook for literally 2 people if that’s what you want.

Orders can be placed via our weblinks at our shop or if you have a more specific request then we can look after you by email info@suzannejames.co.uk.

We do request at least 2 days to process and build your grazing board ready for delivery.
Events and catering orders are often a little more complex and so we will require at least a weeks notice.

Most often we delivery in one of our refrigerated and liveried vans, however, further afield ad we may use a courier company.

Our minimum number is literally 1 person however we mostly cook for minimum 2 people.

Our maximum number has been up to 2000 people at a corporate event.
