Springtime Supper Club at the Braizen Kitchen

The Braizen Kitchen was born from a love of serving comforting food but with style, taking much-loved ingredients and bringing them to life. I am an East Dulwich resident who became aware of Suzanne and her team some time ago. I have worked as a chef with Suzanne James for the last year and have loved every minute, we can’t wait to host our lunch in the wonderful space at Fifty Seven.

One of my biggest loves, is seeing a big group gathered round a table tucking into the food I have cooked for them. Supperclubs are a wonderful environment for that. So, I wanted to host a lunch at fifty-Seven, first to celebrate Mother’s Day as I think it’s a lovely day to just remind that special lady in your life you ‘love em’! But also as a day when everyone can join in, all are welcome, mums, dads, aunties, friends, we will see you all there!

Springtime is one of my favourite seasons to cook in, the Asparagus has poked its head from the dirt, the wild garlic is perfuming the air, the rhubarb beautifully pink, just perfect!
