Dark Chocolate Mousse


  • 450g Chocolate, melted
  • 160g (6 Eggs) Yolk
  • 240g Egg White
  • 150g Sugar
  • 400g Double Cream


  1. Melt the chocolate is a large bowl.
  2. Add egg yolk & 50g sugar into the melted chocolate and mix.
  3. Add the egg whites and the remaining 100g sugar and whisk.
  4. Slowly add the double cream and whisk it until silky smooth.
  5. Spoon into glasses and leave to chill for at least 2 hours.

Serve in a glass with our banana bread alongside, or spoon the chocolate mousse onto the banana bread as a really yummy alternative! Click Here for our Banana bread recipe.
