Celebrating World Vegetarian Day!


I absolutely adore the simplicity of great Italian food (which is why I’m a brand ambassador for Filippo Berio UK). And Italians are masters of cooking with vegetables. Their vegetarian dishes are always amazingly delicious. So what better way to celebrate #WorldVegetarianDay today with a #throwbackthursday picture of a Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli with Truffle Oil, Deep-Fried Sage Leaves (from our herb garden) & Parmesan Shavings. A showcase of butternut squash, and a delight of aromas and flavours. 🙌 🙌
