Breakfast...

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen and dinner like a pauper!
My parents instilled in me the importance of breakfast since I was a little girl… and that toast crusts made your hair curly! Hmmmmm!!

Breakfast. It breaks the fast between the last meal of one day and the first meal of the following day.

It’s known to be the most important meal of the day as it fuels your body for what’s to come…be that a visit to the gym, run for the bus, a day with the children, a day at work or even just a day off.

Doesn’t matter what you are doing, breakfast is kinda a big deal, that’s what we like to think every Thursday morning when the BNI networking group meet at our venue Fifty Seven, 57 North Cross Road at 6am. For those that may be unaware of a BNI group, it works on a givers gain principle so if I give you business, you may want to give me business in return and be keen to talk discuss me with others. Also, it locks out your competition as we pass work through the group, with only one person from any trade/profession being a member, meaning the work goes to you and keeps business local!

Breakfast – at Tiffany’s… sorry, just threw that one in there because I love the song. Not sure I know all the words and only ever realise when I’m mumbling out of tune!

I digress, apologies, where was I? Ah, that’s it, back on track, we look after BNI Adventurers networking group each week and I’m interested to know what would be a real treat for you if you were going to a networking breakfast. Bear in mind there will not be a chef onsite – far too early for me!! So it’s got to be grab and go style, would you choose a chai oat bowl or go straight for a cheeky Croissant or Danish? Would you be happy if you had yogurt with granola or prefer banana muffins? How about a Buddha Bowl? Maybe Smoked Salmon and Avocado on toasted Sourdough? Whatever your preference we can do it all, just get in touch and make a suggestion, see you on Thursday…

If you are interested in meeting incredible local businesses who are just as keen to meet you then please do get in touch so I can introduce you… fiftyseven@suzannejames.co.uk
